Another year of viral videos is behind us and Americans are now an estimated 47% dumber then they were last year as a result. I know Time magazine already made their list, but what the hell do they know. It's time for the web to have their own annual awards show like the Oscars. I for one would love to see the Dramatic Chipmunk in a low cut Versace dress.
